Reservation Policy  

A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Credit cards: American Express, Master Card, Visa

Cancellation Policy  
Low Season (April to September and December): Cancellations received less than 3 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the entire stay plus taxes, and 100% of your stay if you cancel the same day, and 100% of your stay if you cancel the same day.

High Season (January to March, October and November): Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged 100% of the entire stay plus taxes.

No-shows and early departures will be charged for the complete stay plus taxes. All the above charges will be applied to credit card left in guarantee at time of booking.
Transportation  
We can arrange transportation to pick you up at the airport. The trip takes 30 minutes and the cost for one way is USD $40.00 Round trip booked in advance USD $70.00
