Cancellation policy

- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the arrival date are free of charge.

- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, as well as no-shows or early departures, will incur a caharge equivalent to 100% of the reserved stay.

- Reservations made under a Non-Refundable Rate are not eligible for changes, cancellations, or refunds once the booking process has been completed.
